Blind - thats not 100% true - many projectiles actually hit better at beyond optimal, mainly due to really sucky tracking. but in 90% of the time, its true :) -----

yep. easiest solution is to move to a different area. and to stay out of low sec areas... if the mission was in >0.5 that ganker should be shot to hell by concord. -----

ECM wont help you atm. Probably is possible, as if they cant see you, wont lock on to you. Trick is, when you jump into a system, how fast can the cloak be brought up... as once you are locked you cannot cloak. never tried it myself, its a big ...

Actually, not quite complete. The Agent's relationship to your CORP also has an effect. If you join a corp where everyone has been working with, eg. Ishukone and they have +4 rating to your corp, you will be able to use lots of their lvl1 and 2 ...

Its just a rumour afaik. Basically the Joves have super high tech - way ahead of anything that we have in the 4 empires. I wouldn't make any bets on getting anything from the Joves -----
